Environmental Project Manager: Job Description

PACIFICA Engineering Services, LLC is looking for an experienced Environmental Project Manager to lead and manage diverse environmental projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), mold and asbestos surveys, and soil management plans.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and execute Phase I and Phase II ESA projects with a focus on compliance and quality.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide expertise in soil, groundwater, sediment, and air sampling procedures.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver multi-disciplinary project solutions.
- Engage in business development activities, including client management and proposal development.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or Civil Engineering (required).
- Experience preparing Phase I and II ESA reports with knowledge of ASTM standards and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge of FDEP, DERM regulations, and technical guidance documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced document/report preparation skills.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s License (required).
- Preferred: Florida PG/PE license or eligibility to obtain within two years.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with lead-based paint, asbestos surveys, and soil management planning.
- Proven ability to manage clients and develop proposals.
