Project Description: The project includes a new building, expansion into the first floor of the existing parking structure and renovation of existing football support spaces (locker rooms) within the FAU Stadium. The complex, comprised of 96,000 new GSF, is to include the following components: Grand Lobby/Main Street, Athletic Academic Learning Center, Weight room, Training room, Football Coaches Offices, Two outdoor practice fields and MBA Sport – academic and administrative space along with the associated site work.

Project Name: FAU Jupiter Campus Housing

Project Location: Jupiter, Florida

Project Description: On the MacArthur campus at Jupiter, the university is building a $17.1 million, three story, 165-bed residential hall that will provide a total of 435 beds for Jupiter campus once finished. It will include amenities such as, In-Residence Fitness Area, Community Kitchens, Multiple Floor Study Rooms, Computer Lab, In-Residence Faculty Lounge, Floor Laundry, On-site Sand Volleyball Court, Roof Top Patio.

Project Name: FAU Boca Campus Housing

Project Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Project Description: This is a six story, 616-bed residential facility offering the latest amenities. Construction of the new $61.4 million facility will bring the total student bed count on the Boca Raton campus to 4,700 once finished.

Project Name: A.D. Henderson K-8 School

Project Location: Boca Raton, Florida

Project Description: The project for the A.D. Henderson Lab School consists of site development and the design of a complex that will consist of a K-8 building, auditorium and STEM/athletic facilities. The full build/out of the complex is estimated at $52.5 million. The project is planned in multiple phases to allow for individual delivery of each of the three buildings. The first phase includes the design and construction of approximately 95,000 GSF of new construction (classrooms, teaching labs, offices, study space, and swimming pool) and renovation of the approximately 8,000 GSF in the existing building 26D. The total construction budget (including site development) is estimated at approximately $29.2 million; with a total project cost of $35.8 million. The new facility is to be constructed to meet a minimum LEED silver or equivalent sustainable rating standard.

Project Name: Indiantown High School

Project Location: Indiantown, Florida

Project Description: The project consists of a new single-story, approximately 65,000 sf charter school that will have both traditional high school classrooms (math, science, English, etc.) as well as vocational programs like nursing assisting, welding and automotive.

Project Name: Palm Beach Atlantic University Business School

Project Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Project Description: The building will have a stock trading room with professional terminals and stock ticker; a 314-seat tiered lecture hall; expanded space for the Titus Center for Franchising; and the LeMieux Center for Public Policy. Part of the site for the new building is the former Quattlebaum funeral home property. The Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Foundation bought the property in 2013 and donated it to the University in 2018. The Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Business Building is the first project to be built as part of the university’s campus master plan.
