Project Description: PACIFICA provided full range of services for the new Safra Bank in Aventura, Florida. The 12-story, 296,877-square-foot commercial structure is projected to include 3 underground parking garages. The 12-story tower is dressed with striking vertical and horizontal metallic lines, resembling the aesthetic of a diamond or some type of crystal. The new office building will serve as the headquarters for Safra National Bank.

Project Name: Cheney Brothers Warehouse
Project Location: Port St. Lucie, Florida
Project Description: The project consists of a 367,427-square-foot distribution and food storage warehouse in Port St. Lucie. Its being built on SW Anthony F. Sansone Boulevard in Legacy Park at Tradition. Cheney Brothers plans on investing at least $65 million in the facility which will include refrigeration and freezer space, a test kitchen, ancillary offices, 46 loading docks and a fueling station. The warehouse will employ at least 275 people. The company expects to pay estimated wages per employee in excess of $55,000, plus benefits. That is about 35% higher than the St. Lucie County average wage.

Project Name: OPF Embassair Terminal

Project Description: PACIFICA provided full range of services for the OPF Embassair Terminal. The project consists of approximately 83,759 SF “V” shaped building with a two-story terminal at the tip and single-story aircraft hangars at each wing.
The facility has over 10,000 square feet dedicated just for customer use, which includes a large lobby and four private boarding lounges. There is also a private, covered garage with EV charging stations for customers. The terminal also provides approximately 60,000 square feet of aircraft hangar space, and over 5,000 square feet of space dedicated for crew.

The project consists of a state-of-the art Class-A office building that will extend the Flagler waterfront greenbelt with 1.25 acres of green space. The 25-story building features 270,000 square feet of flexible office space, 4,100 square feet of signature restaurant and a reading room.
