Project Description: Village View is an apartment for seniors ages 55 and older. The one- and two-bedroom apartments will be for seniors earning at or below 30 percent, 60 percent and 70 percent of the area median income. The project includes a 7-story senior rental apartment building totaling 191,596 SF.

Project Description: Northside Commons is an 80-unit affordable housing development in Miami’s West Little River neighborhood. It comprises of 56 units for adults in need of supportive care for disabilities or mental illness, and 24 units for people earning no more than 60 percent of the area’s median income. The South Florida Behavioral Health Network and Key Clubhouse of South Florida provide mental health and rehabilitation services for residents.

Project Name: Heritage Park at Crane Creek
Project Location: Melbourne, Florida (Brevard County)
Project Description: Heritage Park at Crane Creek is a supportive housing community in the heart of Melbourne, Florida in Brevard County with 80 apartments – 56 of which will be permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals and families, with 16 of those units specifically set aside for households with family members suffering from disabling conditions. The community’s remaining 28 units will be “traditional” affordable housing units available to individuals and families who earn less than 60% of the area’s median income. Amenities will include an on-site health clinic, gym, computer lab and library.
